Leon Ellis
Leon was born in Logan Berry Heights just outside the Chicago suburb of Antipathy on February 29, 1970. The public best knows him for his work with the band Snake Pit Viper, which he formed with his longtime friend, the late Steven Pepper, in 1987. As a songwriter he has authored over seventeen Top Ten hits, including “Pressure”, “So Scared” and “Blue Skye”, to name a few. Nominated for three Grammy Awards, his guitar work as a studio musician has earned him legendary status in the recording industry as well as international celebrity.
